At Camping des Acacias in La Ville-aux-Dames, we believe that a vacation in the countryside should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer a two-bedroom cottage specially designed for people with limited mobility (PWLD). This spacious, adapted rental allows people in wheelchairs or with mobility challenges to fully enjoy a stay in Indre-et-Loire, without compromising on comfort or independence.

Accessibility thought out down to the smallest detail This accommodation has been completely redesigned to make it easier for you to move around and go about your daily life, from the exterior to the sleeping areas:

• PRM-friendly features: A gently sloping access ramp, wider doors, and ample turning space in every room.
• Adapted bathroom: An ergonomic bathroom with a spacious shower, shower seat, and grab bars.
• Kitchen and comfort: A kitchen with appliances at the right height (refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker). To travel light and effortlessly, bed linens are fully included.

Your nature and discovery getaway without constraints

Enjoy the fresh air on your private terrace or easily set out to explore the local heritage. Our estate, located just outside Tours, is the ideal starting point for visiting the magnificent Loire Valley châteaux (many of which have the "Tourisme & Handicap" certification), or for enjoying the landscaped banks of the Loire River.
